Legal adults (age18+) who live with serious mental illness and may require any of the following assitance:
- Social connections/support
- Housing search/support & transitional housing for homelessness
- Employment search/support
- Getting benefits
- Help navigating community-based mental, physical and social services/resources
- Short-term or long-term one-to-one staff support
- Help managing health conditions and attaining a better quality of life

OUR SERVICE AREA
Vail Place offers support, services and care to residents in five Twin Cities counties: Hennepin, Ramsey, Anoka, Washington, Scott and Dakota.
We also have two Clubhouse locations, a 28-unit group housing facility and an apartment complex.
